Jamie received a BFA in painting from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He was selected to study at the Yale Norfolk Summer Scholarship for painters. He is a recipient of a Warhol
Scholarship at the New York Academy of Art.

Jamie comes from a long line of artists. His great grandfather was a goldsmith and jeweler. His grandmother was a painter, his father a designer, and his mother an actor and director.

He sees his work as a visual artist as a compilation of all these disciplines.

Jamie’s work has been shown in numerous exhibitions. He is passionate about visual thinking education and is developing a program to engage and educate young people in this important skill.
